1.Triund Trek:

A trek from Mcleodganj to Triund top will give you a stunning view of Dhauladhar Mountain and Kangra valley.The starting point of the trek is Mcleodganj.The trail of this trek is really exciting and thrilling which goes through amazing deodar,rhododendron and oak forests.It is an easy and popular trek among the trekkers.The total distance of this trek is 10 km.One can finish this trek in just 4 to 5 hours.It is an easy to moderate trek beginners can easily do this trek.

Airport: 

Closest airport is Gaggal airport.This airport is also known as Kangra airport.From the airport you need to book a taxi.It takes around 45 minutes to reach McleodGanj which is located in about 20 km.

Railway Station:
